About Sarah Sue McAdoo
Sarah Sue had the good fortune of discovering her passion for hair at a very young age. She has been a licensed cosmetologist since 1991. Throughout her career Sarah Sue has studied under platform artists and has experienced a wide variety of mentors and salons she has had the pleasure to work with. She traveled to Europe for the Berlin Hair Show in 2000 where she was with the Schwarzkopf team representing the United States. She was on the team representing Alterna for 3 years at the Mercedes Fashion week in LA. Sarah Sue is certified to work with professional photographers and has been a part of numerous professional shoots and fashion shows. This strong foundation along with her continuing education allows Sarah Sue to bring the best trends in color, cut and styling for her clients.

Long Hair

Short Hair
The “Pixie” is back! It’s soft and feminine, face-framing, and easy to style. Use your fingers and a blowdryer to create the texture you are looking for. Sarah recommends finishing off the look with Kevin Murphy’s “Undressed”.
Casual
Sweep up a front braid and scoop up the back into a playful pony tail. This look is great for an active day. Sarah recommends Schwarzkopf Elastic Working Spray.
Night Out
Romantic curls and waves. Prep your hair with “Awapuhi Hydro Whip”; blow dry and then curl away! Sarah’s tip for great curls: Create 2 inch sections and wrap your hair around the iron, holding the iron vertically. Wrap the hair away from your face, gently release and let cool. Finish off by scrunching in Kevin Murphy’s Motion Lotion with your fingers to lock the curls together.
